BA Stand at Chateau de Berne Christmas Fair

We, from left to right, Teresa Watson, Auriol Langen, Mike Milner and Pauline North, took the British Association Publicity Stand, plus the teddy banner to the Chateau de Berne English Christmas Fair at Lorgues. We also promoted the BA Christmas card sales offering a personalised card “While U Wait” service. A tiring six hours on our feet, but we met lots of BA members, chatted to plenty of British non-members, passing on membership application forms and even sold cards to the French visitors to the stand, who were impressed with our offerings. One must not forget the team photographer Shirley Wrigglesworth, who also stood and helped out all day.
